Initial consultations are intentionally longer and more in-depth, because real healing starts with being truly heard.

2-hour appointment
This is where we start. Over two hours, we’ll go deep into your health history — physical symptoms, emotional patterns, energy, sleep, digestion, and more. I’ll also take a look at your eating patterns as part of the whole picture. From there, I’ll prescribe a constitutional remedy selected specifically for you.
Includes:
- A comprehensive whole-body intake (head to toe)
- Evaluation of eating and lifestyle patterns
- Two complimentary 15-minute check-in calls following your remedy
Intuitive Eating Initial Consultation — $175
1-hour appointment
If you’ve spent years dieting, struggling with emotional eating, or feeling at war with your body around food — this is a good place to begin. In our first session, we’ll explore your history with food, identify what’s been getting in the way, and start building a path toward eating that actually feels good and sustainable.
Includes:
- A full evaluation of your relationship with food and eating
- A personalized plan grounded in Intuitive Eating principles
- One complimentary 15-minute check-in to support your first steps

Follow-Up Appointments
Healing is a process, not a single event. Follow-up visits let us check in on your progress, adjust your remedy or approach as needed, and keep things moving. Available for both homeopathy and intuitive eating clients.
